Most frequent questions and answers

We service all over Perth and the South West.

Free delivery within 5km of Perth CBD. Thereafter travel is $2 k/m. 
If the drive is longer than 2 hours each way or we need to leave before 5am and there is a late evening pickup collection – accommodation is required. 

We setup either the night before or the day of your event and pickup the same day once your event is complete.

Yes, when you hire one of the wing backdrops it includes a stand and we have a variety of bases to choose from as well.

We take a non-refundable deposit to secure your date so if you cancel your date we hold onto your deposit and we will move your booking to another date. 

Absolutely, our showroom is located in Maylands and we take bookings on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Please click the link here to book a viewing.

We only hire our wings backdrops but know a lot of suppliers in Perth and can recommend some amazing vendors to create an epic setup. 

No, unfortunately we do not allow collection/transport of any of our hire items. We do all of the setup & packdown to ensure it is done correctly for your event.

Depending on the extent of the damage, either part or all of the bond will be kept and if the level of damage is not enough to be covered by the bond, an additional damage fee invoice will be issued. 

Yes, the wings backdrop is sturdy enough to be setup outside. However, if it is an extremely windy day and subject to rain we respectfully request the wings backdrop remain indoors. 

Your full payment is due 2 weeks before your event. If your event is booked within the 2-week period, full payment is expected upon booking to hold your date.

We recommend booking at least 4-8 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.
