FAQ

DO I NEED TO WASH THE GARMENT AFTER THE HIRE PERIOD?

Dry cleaning is included in your hire fee. No need to worry about washing your outfit. We take care of everything, making it a seamless and stress free hire.

HOW LONG IS THE HIRE PERIOD FOR?

The hire period is for 2 days or longer can be arranged for an additional fee.

WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY GARMENT?

1 day before your date of hire.

CAN I COME TRY ON PRIOR TO BOOKING, TO MAKE SURE IT FITS?

Absolutely!
We offer complimentary fittings at our showroom in Maylands – you can book an appointment here.

do you send GARMENTS over east and internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Please get into contact via email here for a custom quote.

why is the GARMENT i want unavailable for bookings?

Our outfits are always on the move! So we suggest booking your outfire hire ASAP.

is there a bond fee?

Yes, we take a bond which is refundable as long as the outfit is hired in the same condition of hire.

Can I hem, tailor or alter my rentals?

We do not allow any alterations. Feel free to use fashion tape to temporarily tailor your look, but please remember to remove it before sending your item back.

Will I need to press my outfit when I receive them?

We do our best to ensure your garments are wrinkle-free. Each item is steamed and pressed before being sealed in protective plastic and placed in a garment bag. If you receive clothing with slight creases, please try steaming the garment on low heat.

What happens if I lose or damage an item?

We allow for minor tan and foundation stains. Significant damage, lost pieces and theft will result in either part or all of the bond being forfeited. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
