HOW IT WORKS
We setup the wings on two separate poles and can be distanced apart to accommodate as many people as you desire but we suggest a max 3 so it creates the illusion of wearing wings. There are 3 base styles available to hire with our backdrops; the silver square base, black square base or the white box. The front of the white box can display a customised sticker which we can design & print for your event for an additional fee.
All delivery, setup and pack down all done by us – so you don’t have to lift a finger!

Most frequent questions and answers
We service all over Perth and the South West.
Free delivery within 5km of Perth CBD.
Thereafter travel is $2 p/km.
If the drive is longer than 2 hours each way or we need to leave before 5am and there is a late evening pickup collection – accommodation is required.
We deliver all items to ground level to one location only.
Extra charges may apply if:
- Your event space is more than 30m from where our vehicle can pull up (e.g a building which is 100m away from the loading dock).
- You wish for your hired items to be taken beyond the ground level of a building.
- If your hired items needs to pass through stairs, elevators, escalators or a steep descent.
- If you require a large quantity of hired items, a labour fee may be added to cover for staff’s time taken to load and unload the vehicle.
- If this information is not provided at the time of booking, the driver may be unable to complete the delivery or any additional charges may be incurred.
We setup either the night before or the day of your event and pickup the same day once your event is complete.
Yes, when you hire one of the wing backdrops it includes a stand and we have a variety of bases to choose from as well.
We take a retainer which is non-refundable, to secure your date. If you cancel your booking, we hold onto your retainer and we will move your booking to another date.
Absolutely, our showroom is located in Maylands and we take bookings on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Please click the link here to book a viewing.
We don’t do balloons (but can recommend other vendors) but can help with other decor setups – such as draping,additional backdrops, candles, vases, faux plants etc.
No, unfortunately we do not allow collection/transport of any of our hire items. We do all of the setup & packdown to ensure it is done correctly for your event.
Depending on the extent of the damage, either part or all of the bond will be kept and if the level of damage is not enough to be covered by the bond, an additional damage fee invoice will be issued.
Yes, the wings backdrop is sturdy enough to be setup outside. However, if it is an extremely windy day and subject to rain, we respectfully request the wings backdrop remain indoors.
Your full payment is due 2 weeks before your event. If your event is booked within the 2-week period, full payment is expected upon booking to hold your date.
We recommend booking at least 4-8 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.
